 Let me tell you that is bill has nothing to do with fairness and much more to do with a money grab. If you aren't paying taxes to your state for your purchases (for states that have this provision in their tax code), YOU are a tax evader.  Do you honestly think it will be "fair" to require small businesses (or any business) to keep track of some 6900 tax codes throughout the country and submit payments?
